Summer School

Don't let the last year of work go to waste! Summer school is in session at Berkstresser Learning, and it's possible to join us by the day.

What does a day look like? Depends. This summer, we're studying Ancient and Classical Greece, including some geography, history, and philosophy. Since we take a holistic approach, the study of a particular topic also includes whatever is needed in the other core subjects, like reading, writing, and mapping skills. Crafts may be thrown in as desired. Time can also be dedicated to math and science work. The occasional break for some physical activity is a must!

Summer is an easy time, and we aim to make the learning easy and fun, while also productive. We welcome students who are respectful, who like to explore, and who perhaps don't thrive in the bell-driven environment of the regular classroom. Try it!
